"Had a issue where the lady who answered the phone to take orders, advised that they wouldn't help, even though it was around 25 minutes before they closed, logged a complaint and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the manager, I believe her name is Precious, she apologized profusely and arranged that my order be delivered in full free of charge. Very nice to see something gets done when things don't run smoothly so we will definitely continue to use this restaurant!! Well done on keeping your customers happy!"

"I visited them just after 3 and unaware of closing time, my wife n I were treated very well and we really enjoyed our food. The only complaint would be on the eggs that were not runny."

"We had the double cheeseburger special at Wimpy Princess Crossing. We were received by the most warm-hearted team, the staff were all friendly, warm, and very welcoming. We were helped by Sylvia, what a great lady. She took our order in no time, was super friendly, efficient, and the turn-around time was super quick, not to even mention the generous portions of food and the quality was great. "Great stellar service we received from Tumi, her smile and efficiency was on par, we came for a brunch and hungry I must add and Tumi made sure we got our drinks first as we had requested, followed with our food. Thank you to Tumi and wimpy."
